What you are really buying
ShowHorse.ai connects work that is usually repeated by owners, trainers, riders, secretaries, and stewards.
The horse’s identity, documents, care, and history live together.
Automation prepares the work; people stay in control of important decisions.
Every approved result makes the horse’s record more useful over time.

Clear expectations are part of making show days calmer.
The proposed launch offer is a one-time $9.99 charge per horse, not a monthly subscription. Future premium services may be optional, but the core passport is designed to stay simple.
No. The platform can extract document details, track dates, and flag missing information, but the owner and show organizer remain responsible for reviewing records and making final eligibility decisions.
Yes. The horse owner or barn can share the horse with a rider’s free account. The rider can then use that connected horse for participating show entries without taking ownership of its private records.
The pilot offer covers the show setup, public show page, entries, schedule guidance, live class lists, placing entry, and publication of approved results. Payment-processing fees and any organization-specific charges would be separate.
These are proposed pilot prices. We will learn from early organizers, riders, and barns before finalizing long-term plans, and pilot customers will always see the full price before choosing to participate.
